I am testing to see how well my models look in the game. So here\'s the first attempt of that. What do you think?

!!! wowie!!! thats great! they look wonderfull scobar! *kisses hand*
-
looks really nice scobar.. man i think im in love with that Axe...
-
same weapons, added helm

-
I know this one will never exist, as the claw the dermorian is wearing is usable by felines only. Or I could just give the claw extra powers when felines use it...
anyway, I just wanted to see what they look like in action.

I also added this one. I might need to work on more armor to hide her bikini.

heh like like the \'target: unfortunate\' :D
but i dont like the bikinis :X
-
not easy to change the bikini\'s, I had to install the default settings in planeshift making everything darker inside also. Here\'s my best attempt so far.

These are great, but a bit confusing... a couple of them are obvious that the models are not in-game (the one with the staff stands out the most- smudged edges galore), and only painted in to a screenshot. But others look alot more realistic, particularly the claws.
Still, I love the subtle glow you added in that darker picture, really adds to the \'wow\' factor of what is already a very nicely constructed set of tweaked pictures. :)
-
It\'s very tru that some of the models don\'t appear realistic at all, but making them realistic degrades much of the detail I put into making the weapons. Anyway, I\'m trying to make them a little more realistic now, thanks for the comments

WOW looks very good m8 :D sweeet
The only thing that I personnaly dont like is the few clothes, with such weapons and no armor of such.... Bit strange
Though the single last one looks very very good
-
Yeah, very good! Oh, so you found a Trepor! I specially like the helm.
-
i agree with moogie and think the claws are wonderfull. they came out PERFECT. tHe only complaint i have is you werent wearing them on an eduikai.
-
Nice weapons! I want, I want! I need, I need! lol Really though, those are pretty sweet. I can\'t figure out how the heck you guys can make all that great art, it\'s frustrating me to no ends. Well, ok, maybe to some ends.
-
I really liked how those looked when you put them in ingame shots  Keep up the great work!
-
*claps* wow they all look great!
-
Good work on those. I am impressed.
-
*cough* my staff is getting old (in the siggie) *cough*
lol
Nice work man, keep it up.
-
this is my newest:
It took so long because I had to change and draw so much of it. I know its not completely realistic, but I got tired of editing it. I also made it into a nice PS Crystal Blue Advertisement, as it makes me really want combat using sweet weapons.
*This is definitely not a real advertisement for crystal blue, and if the Mods would like me to remove the advertisement from the picture, just let me know. I have the plain picture without all the PS CB stuff.

8o wow... this latest pic is very well done! Can\'t wait to fight those Trepor\'s myself :)
-
very nice, very damn nice :D
i can feel it.
-
That Trepor picture is great!
How do you do it??? I couldnt in my wildest fantasy create something as nice as that.
More, more! :)
-
Well Sinon,
to be straight forward, it was your art that inspired me to try (and your original idea, as you were the first to use the trepor in ss art). I don\'t doubt that you could create things I\'ve never imagined, as you already have. Thanks for the inspiration, and I look forward to seeing more of your work!
-
Oh, i thought you had not seen that...
But its a very nice picture :)
-
Great Pic 8o
really, really nice scobar, too bad there won\'t be ranged weapons in CB yet :P
-
hehe, funny what you\'re doing with this Trepor.
BTW the body doesn\'t looks like that in real :)
Also, you should use a sharpen filter on your bow (you\'ll see it will fit better with the character who\'s lacking of antialiasing).
You should also consider shadows. Even if there are no shadows in the original sshot you can create some for characters and trepor. Will increase a lot realism.
You can also change the hue of the trepor to something with a bit more blue (an additional layer in overlay mode could be perfect)
Oh and I think you could also remove the outer glow you put on the bow and arrow
nice work!
Edit: here is how I see some improvement. Hope it help.

heh, Thanks for all the improvements and advice! I thought I had done a rather good job on that pic until you cleaned it up and made it look really cool. Hopefully I\'ll be able to do as nice of artwork as the PS team soon. I\'ll continue working to increase my skills.
Thanks again Djaggernaut.
-
Yeah it looks great.
And the bow is good too, although the origin might me immoral and the extra material obstructive for use.
Just one note on Trepors: Even Djagernaught said the body is different, but look at the head! Ergo, the beast must be big. If it wasn\'t the devs would surely post the whole pic.

After hours of work, and 45 layers of photoshop, I\'ve come up with this neat little picture.
I call it:
The Calm before the Storm; The death of the king.
I am really dissappointed in my armor, but I had to attempt it to make the picture I was imagining.
-
W O W! :diamond:
-
Oh yeah, just looking at these pics makes me shiver with joy at the thought of the combat in CB.
P.S. Yes, that was a compliment.
-
wohooo!!!! GREAT, really great!!
If I see this I remember what a noob I am in painting on the pc :D
-
cb here fast plz ^^
