I was reading the \"Yliakum History\" and I was wondering, how come in the third epoch Laanx changes into a male?
-
i kinda slurred through the whole setting thing just to basically get a feel of the story and not get too detailed but i really dont remember a sex change anywhere. are you sure your reading it right? im no schoolar or anything but i really dont think there is any sex change. a typo perhaps. but making laanx male for no reason is oblivious to me in reason.

When Talad disfigured her she denied her femininity and was there after referred to as \"he\"
Second Epoch
\"When Talad, imbued with the crystal\'s power, came close to her to create the first creature of his people, a tempest of chaos burst forth from the god\'s hands and hit Laanx on her face, penetrating deeply into her body, and she became forever disfigured.
A new people were born from the rocks thanks to Talad, and they called themselves \"Kran\". But Laanx was not beautiful anymore and she fell down into a deep depression that shattered her heart like a mirror. Mindless of Talad\'s pain in causing her harm, she denied her being, her femininity, her people, and drove away the harmony from her heart. \"

very good. that definally seems to be the answer. I wonder why i didnt catch that myself but good work.

Oh I missed the one that said \"her femininity\" oops...
-
I missed it as well the first time. I was reading the history and saw in the third epoch that Laanx was referred to as \"he\". I went back and reread the second epoch. It is easy to miss.

Apparently, Laanx was quite the babe before her little accident. Venge said that there\'s a piece of old concept for Laanx that describes her thus so, although I believe he claimed that he *couldn\'t find it* or something... ;)
