Title: I need help please

I made a new character and it says ready to upload character and it says:
server:planeshift.fragnetics.com
login:Erinaroa
new
confirm:

what am I supposed to do?

Type the password you wish to use in both the New and Confirm fields.

Thats what I thought, it wasnt working when I did that before but now it does. But it doesnt, when I try to log in it says:

There is an error in the database on your account. Please refer to the forums on how to fix this.

Do you have a firewall running?
if so, open UDP port 13331

Yeah I just turned it off, but now when I try to login it tells me this:
