Title: System of Power?

Did anyone mention system of power over towns and cities yet? What I mean is will it be set so in the future when big cities and small villages are created will there be set guilds over them like ones we cant join NPC guilds? or will we rule over the cities and villages and be forced to make the soliders stand guard over the city limit walls keeping watch? It would be a neat idea if we could keep total control over a entire city or village 24/7!

YES, somebody already mentioned that. Maybe 200 people before you.  Try to find those posts.  Basically some people like the idea of guilds owning towns, some don\'t.
