i was wondering, does anyone know what to do it stays on intilizing world, i left it for ten mins and it didnt work, should i leave it go longer or re-install it?

dangit, i have to wait 2 hours? that sucks, after that, does it go fast and what one should i us, safe mode or the other?

On your first connection it can take up to 2 hours to Initialise World. This is due to the engine recalculating its lighting variables to your system. During this time, you should not touch your keyboard or click the mouse, and you should ignore if it says \"Not Responding\". If after the 2 hours it does not load, or it crashes, it may be that you do not have enough RAM for the game.


[Edit: After that it should load in less than a few minutes. You should use OpenGL mode if your system allows it.]

it doesn\'t crash but it does close, how much RAM do you need for this game

256MB of RAM has pretty much been determined as the minimum, although more is always better, as this release uses quite a bit.

Depends on your OS, for Windows probably the quickest way would be:
- right click on My Computer
- select properties
