Title: The poor frozen females of PS

Updated Equipment message to allow for material changes on character parts. For example can place different textures for the Torso mesh for different types of jackets ( or whatever )

Well, looks like the devs already have the basics of clothing in the CVS for CB... now they just need artwork I bet.

They\'re more of a wild and tribal race, and making them wear jackets and leggings and coats doesn\'t fit, in my opinion. Of course I assume you\'ll be able to make them wear whatever you want in CB, but I hope that some of that wildness remains.

My male Ynwwn is wearing a loincloth that defies physics. That\'s it, only a loincloth. If you ask me it\'s the men that are being shafted on clothes.

and it wouldnt be so hot on the lowest levels seeing as they are soaked in water and cold air tends to go down.

Draklar merely has a different skin for the models, thus they appear to be wearing armor...

because they are like axsyrus said humanoids and quite clearly mammals, the only reason why women have breasts is because so they can give their baby milk, obviously the enkidukai do the same.

...Where do you live on, Earth? This is Yliakum! Hydlaa! Anything goes. There are no laws for indecency (yet?) and I -hardly- think that the female characters are indecent. They\'re beautiful! :D

And maybe you should have searched around the forums before requesting a costume change? More clothes/armor is going to be in CB, so you\'ll have a wide range of things to choose from. Wider than now, in any case. But just because -you- don\'t like the way something looks, doesn\'t mean no one does :) I, for one, think that the characters are dressed rather nicely.

It\'s not that enkidukai have human like breasts, it\'s that humans have enkidukai like breasts - convergent evolution for an upright walking species, would like a skin for a topless fenki just like the opening page, unless enkidukai are governed by the same modesty laws as humans - after all donald duck never wore pants

If you\'ve played Morrowind or Hellbreath you\'ll know you start off in your underwear no matter what sex you play.

The way I think It should be done is each model has under wear on (as part of the texture) but when they are first create an account in the game they should be wearing basic commoners clothes.

And the best way to make sure players don\'t take of there clothes and run around in there underwear is to make it so NPC\'s won\'t talk to you untill your decent which means putting some clothes on.

About underwear, you could make it sort of like in Arcanum. The NPC\'s reaction level goes down if you aren\'t wearing anything, and if you run through Tarant naked, then people yell insulting comments at you and you gain the reputation \"Pervert of Tarent\".

Arcanum was a great game. Everything should be like Arcanum.
