Title: New GM's

Keldorn,
Bora,
and Grakrim

The current GMs are temporary, and will have no influence on the CB GMs, and the way GMs are selected now - GMs voting for people they want to be new GMs - isn\'t the way GMs of the future will be selected. There is a little justice in the world. ;)

Right now, yes. But already in CB, the higher leveled GMs will have more power than \'just\' kick/mute/warn. :) But I guess you could call them Game Mods.

When the game really gets going these people will be expected to control certain aspects of the game and if they want to just play 24/7, I would suggest for them to remove themselves now.

Now I have a question...Will the GMs be responsible only of controlling players (i.e. Kicking heavy swearers, pointing the n00bs in the direction of the FAQ, etc) or will they also be the ones who run plots (like DMs in DnD or Neverwinter Nights)?

Post by: Xordan on March 09, 2004, 11:55:45 pm: At the moment, only for controlling players. But in CB it will depend on what lvl of GM you are. The highest level Gm\'s will be able to do lots and lots of stuff.

Lol but in all serousness i would never accept the job of a gm, it sucks to be one and i hate them personally.

and another thing, why is this thread still open? its a bit old... Congratz to the three or whatever, but i think this thread is officially dead.

First off, good because they would never make you a GM.

Second of all you only hate them because they kick and mute you. And they only kick and mute you because all you do in-game is insult people and whine.[/COLOR]

Im not banned or muted or kicked everytime i log into the client. in fact the only time i was kicked was because i think was a misinterpretation and the only time i was muted was because of language directed at you for flaming me! Just lay off, i dont attack you at every second, and your not a gm so you have no place to speak for them. I dont whine, I dont flame and I dont spam as i plan to make my \'probation\' prove. just leave me alone aendar, i tried to be friends with you and all you do is slap my hand away and flame me.
