Title: It says that the server is down or unreachable

I am a new user and am trying to connect for the first time. I\'ve registered and am using my new user username and password. Why am I getting this message and what do I need to do different?
another similar post said read the sticky notes, what are those?

First you should check if the server is up. You can see this at the top of the forums. Maybe there is something wrong with your internert connection.
