how about to start with updating all your software.. noticed directX 8.0 for example, while 9 is already out. since the game isn\'t ready yet, i would suggest to put details a bit low, sight distance low as well.
There isn\'t much use yet to put it all in best settings, cause when CB comes out you might have to change everything again, so i would suggest that you wait with looking for the best settings.

I sincerely doubt you can run any game on their highest detail settings with that system. With just 190mb RAM I\'m quite suprised you even managed to load PS.

I suggest you upgrade to at least 512mb RAM. RAM is cheap these days, so it won\'t cost you an arm and a leg.

I also see you have a weak graphics card. Go on, splash out a bit, buy yourself a GeForce FX or something. :)

I also have only 192 mb RAM, but PS runs nearly perfect... don\'t ask my why.

I don\'t think that it\'s a question of a high-end-computer in all cases. Try to customize some ps-config-files, or check wich programs are running in the background....
If nothing helps, the only thing you can do is to upgrade (like Mogura said) your pc.

Uh... a video card causes a BIOS error? What kind of video card? Did you get a professional engineer to install the card properly for you? Did you make sure all of the drivers were correct? Is the card actually compatable with your system?

You can\'t just shove a card in your computer and expect it to work, you know. :)
