Hey Planeshifters.
I really had a long talk with Aelya and we agreed that is time when the truth must be known by everyone. First, I will start saying to all of you that you can forget the Annah you knew, the noob destroyer, the one with the idiotic behavior.
Maybe some of you won\'t believe what I will say, but this is only the truth, accept it. Everything started almost one year ago, when wanted to become different than others, in strange ways. The \"we\" and \"us\", I think you\'ve figured it out I am speaking about the Dark Alliance. We wanted to give to everyone the false impression of control over us, but in fact we controled everything. My \"task\" was to become hated, this way the infiltration in out enemy guilds was becoming \"piece of cake\". I think I did very well with this, didn\'t I? I started with Wolfmane if you can remember, and after I thought it would be wise if I will continue with someone who was close to me, Yann being in this description. I am sorry for everything I did, but I had to do it. We were just a bunch of kids that wanted to \"spice\" a little this community, but things went to far than we expected.
When Aelya came back, you don\'t even know how happy I was about this. My old dreams were coming back with her return. But the Cabals started to behave like idiots with her, and for this I never forgave them. For a long time I wanted to enter in their guild, but then I had a bigger chance than I expected. So, together with Aelya we created a nice plan in which I had to enter in their guild. Well, the easiest part was to continue manipulating the whole PS community. The best way of fooling someone, is not creating another character and then joining a rival guild, you have to enter with your current one. Not even members of the Black Order or of the Dark Empire knew that my \"betrayal\" was only a plan to enter the Cabali. Look at me know, I am a member of the Cabal leadership and I know enough of their secrets. But I am a man of honor, I didn\'t even register on their boards or something like this. I had chances to destroy the guild, only by turning members against each other, but I didn\'t. Everything was covered. I told Auran that I wanted to test his members loyalty, by sending messages to follow me, but in fact I was testing them for me. Anyway, I could tell you for sure that the guild is dead anyway.
These are only small things of what I did. Know why I wanted to say all of this? Because I couldn\'t continue, like I said you most of you don\'t even know me. I am a good person, a man of honor. And I never forgot that there were times when Black Order was a neutral guild, even even good aligned.
Well, try to see the new us. Now we aren\'t the kids that started all of this, but I have to admit that is damn fun fooling the whole community. What hurts is that I was \"playing\" even with my friends, this is what I regret. I thank to everyone that knew about this and kept the secret, you are true friends that I will never forget.
I never betrayed my friends, not even in a game like this. So, like I said, try to see the new, the real us, esspecially me, I\'m really not the bad person you know with the idiotic behavior. Heh, hate newbs? I have to admit that no one wants noobs that tare this com. apart, but newbs are the future of our realms, and now, officially, I welcome all of you in here.
And for the Cabal, they\'re only a weak guild covered by Auran\'s great speeches, that we wait in a face to face confruntation. In the end, we thought that that would be more wise ...
Ah, and what is true about me, I really like the \"...\" :D

Well done. I wouldn\'t have been able to played a role for more than one year.
But you have played well it seems. I won\'t hate you in real life and on this forums because you succeed evil things - this is roleplaying. But i don\'t think you should have done some things that we really disconnected from the roleplaying to achieve your goals.
I don\'t know how you\'ll behave now. I hope you will show us your true face. But i don\'t think you\'ll find a lot of person who will trust you.

Finally came clean, aye. :) Good on you, Annah, I\'m glad. I was wondering when you would tell everyone.
Seeing as we\'re on the subject of being truthful, I\'m Adrift, although any observative (is that a word?) person would\'ve seen my art webpage by now and figured that out.
Maybe a few other people should confess now, hmm? I can think of a couple... ;)

Yeah, although she\'s retired for good now, too many bad memories from a less-than-pure past I prefer to forget, and shroud in kitties and fluff and pink flowers and nice things. :) I don\'t like having an alt anymore.

Anyways, back on topic for me, I think the writing in the sig thingy was a pretty cool thing to do. In the past when I\'ve had secret alts, I couldn\'t help but leave little subtle hints here and there, clues as to my true identity. It makes the whole thing alot more fun, because one day, you just know someone is going to PM you, having discovered the dark truth... ;) Exciting and scary at the same time, but it does ruin your plans in the long run. :P

Can\'t say this surprises me. The word underground was that you were only in the Cabal to take them down... Am I the only one who found the switchover suspicious?

I WILL NOT let this guild die for iam loyal to it, as strange nagging feeling in me is telling me that i cannot let it die. call it ethics or what ever you like i guess there is some strange form of honour even amoung jerks or something like that?
and i guess i was wrong about my impressions of annah, he had the chance to destroy something which he did not like every, every much but chose not to do so i guess it kudos to you annah even if we\'er gonna get revenge or something ... (may happen, iam not in the HC so who knows what they are cooking?)

Any confusion caused by Annah\'s constant ramblings and/or public speaches in the guild forum is confusion that wouldn\'t have had to exist if they would stop their foolish behavior and act like mature reasonable human beings (not that anyone here ever listens to advice telling them to go against their nature).. besides, if one truly cares about this foolishness it only proves that one has nothing to do but wait around these forums for more random gossip and listen to the words of incoherent imbeciles... If that is so, then by all means, be my guest, it is but a prelude to a game...

Well, obviously if you don\'t like it, you don\'t have to read/reply to it. Some people just enjoy bringing a little bit of excitement and intrigue to the community- can\'t knock them for doing a good job of it.
You just enjoy quietly sitting and waiting for CB while the rest of us have some fun, nobody minds. :)

Well, for the start, you really didn\'t get it. Cabals are only a small part that I played with. Like I said, it all started a long time ago, when Auran never heard of Planeshift.

Come on people, the more you try to show them how much you knew, the more it looks like you want edthem to know how much you knew, and it starts to look like a childish game.
If they don?t believe you, that?s their problem, let them drench in their naiveness
But the fact is, a lot of people know this, and a lot of people can keep a secret.
My question now is: Why did you blow your cover?
Would they have been so liniant toward you(let?s remember what they did to certain guilds). Best you could have done is make this just a bit more interesting, or waiting till CB.

For someone who claims to have done as much spying as you have, you should know that information gets around quickly... if you want to keep a secret, the best idea isn\'t to tell people you trust, it\'s to just not tell anyone.
Looking at your forums, I\'d say you should follow Joeyguy\'s suggestion... 4 posts?

Yes, I know us Mirthful people don\'t have much to hide, but you can know something without doing it... for example, plenty of people know how to rig a wiretap, but how many do?

Annah affair was a small thing. We have many such occurences which most know nothing of. What amuses me is to see people talking about something most of them figured out. Hell! I knew for as long as this had happened and I never batted an eyelid. I wonder what you would do if you saw and knew all that the cabal does;).

You know those scenes in westerns just before the showdown where the tumbleweed bounces through the empty town. Thats a bit like how empty my mind is.
Anyway, I feel slightly envious of all you and your subversion... Guess I haven\'t really felt the need to subvert anything yet. Maybe I could send in spies/advertisers, that way whenever you went to war I could recommend the use of mercenaries.

next time someone steals crystal decoration - don\'t whine about it, it\'s a thief thing to do.
