Title: anyone has the conquer installer?

does anyone have the mmorpg conquer installer? ive tried to download it but my pc takes too long, almost half a day!! any ways if u do please please, please send it to me. my e-mail is  edenobi@ hotmail.com.

It will take you longer to load it from email than if you downloaded it...whatever it is...

because when you get email, you actually \"download\" it even though its probably downloaded on hotmail or whatever email you have, so if you attatch a big file to it, it will just be like you are downloading it. Im not even sure you would be able to recieve a file that big anyway...

i thought of that too but theres this game that my friend e-mailed me piece by pieceit was called prist..somthn

well ya, you could send it piece by piece, but if you put all those pieces together, it would be a big file...

Having someone send you the file will take just as long to receive as if you downloaded it from the proper website. The files are all still the same size, and your connection is still the same speed. The only difference is, you\'ve got to muck around receiving hundreds of seperate files, opposed to just one zipped Setup file.

Besides, nobody is going to send you 600mb worth of files in little pieces. :P


Just download from the fastest server in the list given on the Conquer website. Test them all and find which one downloads the best, and just leave your computer running overnight to download the whole file.

Alternatively get a friend with a fast connection to download it and burn it to a disc for you.


(I\'d wait for the open beta of Saga of Ryzom though, personally. Far superior to Conquer. :) Ryzom is everything PS promises to be. You have to see it to believe it.)

Hey Mogura. Is Conquer any good though? I was looking at its skill system.... doesn\'t seem like it has much depth or innovations.

3x accuracy for one looks like crap since spells of this sort take so little effort to code.
