something fast and strong is a dwarf(hammerwielder) and the human xacha.....they both get plus two strength and plus to agilitiy bonuses in the beginning, for ultimate strength, check out the kran, for speed, there are many such as the Nolthrir, who gets only plus 1 strenght, but plus 3agility, making them fast.
