Lag is normal for everyone. Just make sure you have updated drivers for everything and arn\'t running any other programs simultaneous to the PlaneShift client.

So also no music program or a internet browser??

An idling browser just takes up RAM, when you have 512MB or more of it you should be fine.
A running multimedia player also takes up CPU time, so it will slow you down - but just a tiny bit. I usually have foobar2000 running when playing PS and it works fine :)
Just make sure you disable any cpu-intensive plugins like spectral visualization stuff etc.

Will winamp do?
And i always stick on Initilzing World. When i try to load on my game....

I don\'t know about Winamp 5, but Winamp 2 (the last version I really used) was not too CPU-intensive either, so that should be no problem.
Concerning your second question have a look here (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=8733&boardid=17).
Please also note that first time loading seems to take ages for some people, however I do not know the reason for it.
