I\'m just sitting here thinking what you all do for work? Do you guys have jobs, go to school, millionares that spend all day on computer? Would be interesting to hear what you do for work and what not :)
Me I\'m 18 graduating in 3 weeks or so and I currently work as a part time shift manager at Co-op C-Store a full serve gas station/ and propane supplier.
-

*nods*
-
Ooh a boss :] Yah your right it does feel good to boss other people around sometimes, I only do it to the people I don\'t like! Like this Michael Rae that started working a few months ago, lets just say he has alot of experience cleaning the bathrooms and mud gutter :P
-
Im in high school, after school I go to work...in greenhouses! Haha, you may think that working in greenhouses would suck, but I love working there. Its not extremely hard, but it works your muscles ;) I get so many bonuses from my boss...its awesome.
-
green houses? Our city is a power, oil, and gas city with the most millionares per capital living here that is for our province :P Anyways we have greenhouses by the powerplants but I\'ve never actually seen what they do in there
-

I got the cover this month :)

I\'m a University student taking Chemical Engineering. Last semester I was working in the department as a research assistant, doing a bunch of different measurements and experiments. My last month working there involved using lasers :D. Just started up this new semester so im back to learning stuff again.
Edit: Cool Kintall 8) Your student paper looks a heck of a lot better than ours :)

I work at my parents\' (gah) photolab.
The job isn\'t that bad, except for the customers, of course.
Sometimes they just bitch around, sometimes they give films that are hard to print, sometimes they argue and think they know better than me about photography (annoying, but very satisfying when they realize they\'re stupid and shouldn\'t argue with a professional about something they clearly know nothing about :P).
The two best things about this job are:
* Porn (no need to explain, right?)
* Tons of bleach (http://isuisse.ifrance.com/emmaf/anarcook/plexfrmb.htm) >: )
-
I\'ve got two years to go before my graduation, after that I will take a year of to serve/travel/earn some cash. Then, it\'s back to school for me. =/
-
Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! Mmm after graduation I am suppose to go to the big city and live with my dad but nothings been written in stone yet...My step brother produces commericals and what not for CTV (Its basicly the channel most canadians watch for news and local programming but is pretty big!) So I could probally get on the sets and pull some experience from there! I would love to make a movie for the Independant Film Channel!
-
I normally just leech on the relative wealth of my parents.. No need to take a job.. And oh yea, I also leech on the state too, they have this nifty idea of supplying us young people with enough money to go buy tons of beers every month (although they\'ve named it educational support, education\'s not exactly what I use it for.. :P)
-
Gah! What is this free money your talking about? :D Where do you live?
-
no kidding, free beer wtf is your state smoking give you such things!
-
i get paid to play vidio game\'s all day.....but then i wake up and have to go to my real job.
i\'m 36 yr\'s old and i am the supervisor in my department for a large company that sell\'s restaraunt and food equipment (yes i\',m boss :D )
i have 16 people that work under me and i make a very good living at it not to mention the perk of being able to carry a whip around to keep my slave\'s in line lol 8)

Denmark.. our government supports the people who study .. each month we are given a fixed amount of money to get by. Little do they know, however, that we use their money to go get drunk  :P
-
Im at uni studying business and company law, i make money on the side by a 3 night a week job taking bets as a runner at the dogs, which is average pay but amazing tips (literally doubles my pay)
I also earn some cash by occasionally helping out at my dads engineering firms on the drill bit grinding stuff.
And a final source of income is from general poker and buying and selling on ebay.
-
Im 18 and study English at university in Sweden.
I get my money from the state (like Malentor) and waste some of it on booze (like Malentor). :D I hope to one day have a job where I can wear a nice suit like Kwartz ;)

I\'m half way through 3rd year of a 4-year computer science degree, I\'m currently at the beginning of an 8 month term working for the provincial government as a \"Jr. Business Analyst\" ( <---- translation: forwards email to appropriate people, messes around with hideous MS Access apps, and reads PS forums & CVS repository)
-
I\'m a software developer in a small company that makes web-based content and category management platforms for large companies. IT budgets are still tight this year, so lets see for how many more months we can delay insolvency. ;)
Remark: Damn you, rich scandinavian scum! ;) I gotta pay my Lagers myself. *meh*
Remark2: Anyone offering a job in my region? PM me! :D
Remark3: Anyone speaking Dutch and willing to translate a platform or write a \"gebruikers handboek\"? PM me, too! :D
-
hehe, yes, scandinavia is a liberal paradise ;) But we pay for our social benefits with our wages later on, high tax rates aren\'t really all that fun :P

I work in the student life office at my college. We aren\'t that busy so for most of the day I post on these forums. It\'s the only thing that prevents me from dying of boredom.
Great hours though and I dont have to work Friday, saturday, or sunday.
I\'m also about to start a job a gamestop. I worked there last christmas and they are hiring again so I\'m a shoe-in (mainly cause the manager\'s lazy and would rather hire someone he\'s trained already he\'s really cool though)
Thats me.
-
I?m working temporarily as a Bookkeeper at an accounting firm. Trying to get into school to learn to be a Programmer. (Oh I hope, I hope, I hope!) But mostly I sit around writing the background stories and ideas for a RPG I?ve been working on for the last ten years.
Yep that?s me Ol? lazy cakes.

-
*whimper*
Thats is crazy... Ive never heard of these things! How stupid can the government be? Giving teens free money...what do they expect them to do with it? Go out and buy some new history texbooks to study in their spare time?!
-

-
Well so am I, but who would refuse free money? And the whole thing about the government doing in for educational purposes is rediculous.

I\'m a student here at SEMO state U. as an art major. been thinkin about getting a greencard, movin to china and teaching conversational english there. it\'s a great deal, you don\'t need to speak any english, and you get paid huge amounts of money to sit around and talk to asians about whatever you want to talk about. hell, you don\'t even need any teaching skills.
I still don\'t know what my brother is still doing in america. he can legally claim dual citizenship in japan because he was born there, kyoto if I remember right.. he could be over there teaching english, and he has the hots for asian girls anyway. he even speaks a little of the language, he was stationed in tokyo for a few years when he served.

You don\'t have to know the language?
How will you ask things like wheres\'s the bathroom?
or make statements like \"Ho my god there\'s an axe in my head!\"
