I just had an idea. We aught to host and organize a marathon in hydlaa where participants race for diamonds (since there\'s not much else to do in MB). Maybe there can be three different courses, an Easy, Medium, and Expert.
The Easy course will be something simple like along city paths.
The Medium course could invovle the dungeon.
And the Expert course would definitely be roof hopping and wall scaling. :D
To avoid cheaters and simple shortcuts, we would need volunteer avatars to be \"checkpoints\", which racers would need to greet before continuing.
Lag might be an issue, but it shouldnt be that huge of an event with biblical proportions like moogie\'s birthday bash.
Now lets hear those course ideas!

Here are some courses that have been done before:
Temple to Obelisk-
Starting at the entrance to the temple, the players must go through the temple and all the dungeon up to the top of the obelisk (no heading back through town to take the short route).
Along the walls-
Starting on the garrison roof (or whatever you call the large stone area at one end of the city wall) everyone races to the top of the last turret at the end of the city wall.
Olympic swimming-
Any series of laps going back and forth across the beams in the pillar room underground.
I do love running over rooftops, so I will try and come up with a roof based competition, it will probably be open-ended with the requirement you can\'t touch the ground.

Ah, nothin\' like a good old fashioned foot race. My avitar is recovering from a cold though so he would have to be a check point. :)
