Just make sure everything is in one area (one folder). If you downloaded them all to the same place, just run the re-assembler.

Follow the exact instructions on the Downloads page. If any of the instructions confuse you, you should allow someone more computer-experienced to install the game for you.

The reassembler is supposed to disappear quickly. After running the file, you should find the newly created PS setup executable in the same directory as the other files.

There is no customer serivce exept these boards (maybe a chanel on irc to), but it isn\'t that difficult: follow the instructions from mogura and then look for a file named \'PlaneShiftV0.2010.exe\'.

There constantly seem to be problems with the reassembler. I\'ve always wondered what the purpose of the fragmentation really is anyway, especially seeing that only the windoze version is fragmented. Are windoze downloads more likely to break? Or are windoze ppl. more likely to have crappy connections?
To avoid this, maybe one could add an extra download, the fully assembled windoze version, for the non file-savy or the desperate? OK, that\'d be another 90+mb on the server but the MAC version isn\'t out yet so why not use it\'s space in the meantime?

There is a download for the fully assembled file at the fragnetics site (http://www.fragnetics.com/download.php?file=planeshift) already.

OK, then a link on the primary PS download page would be useful. I did not yet know about this download, but didn\'t have problems with the assembler, either.

The reason is that if 1 faulty bye is undetected under the transfer, you\'ll need to download it all again.
