Title: some connecting to server help plz

hello, just downloaded and installed the game. created a char, and when I try to connect, it says there\'s an error in the database with my account :S
I\'m on windows XP....any suggestions?

ok i am going to try to be nice and remain calm but to those of you out there who just found planeshift and download it i would suggest you read the FAQ and also the 50 most asked noob questions before you write a topic that has been overdone a million times... i hope you get your problem fixxed and see you in game but please do a search before you post again

been here since ohh ide say may of last year but never created forum user name till this past april so yeah i have read all the \"cant connect to server\" \"hey why am i linkdead\" \" its saying error in database of my account pls help\" post i can stand......no noob to planeshift here but yeah noob to posting in forum\'s.....see you guys in game

Er...I have the same problem, but in the  \"Mogura\'s Top 45 Newbie Questions Answered Here!\" I don\'t find the answer...can anyone help me?^^
