Post by: BrandonC on June 18, 2004, 11:06:00 am
When I walk around the world, my game jerks my player around as I try to turn left & right, but thats not my biggest problem, my biggest problem is this:

Happening nearly everywere I look, textures will change colors, disappear, look all goofed up... How can I fix this glitch, I asked someone & they said they dont get it.

This is basicly everything you may about my system to help me out...

Videocard: Intel- 64.0MB

Windows XP Home Edition

RAM- 512MB

Direct X- 9.0a

Looks like you need to upgrade your graphics drivers. It doesn\'t help to have.. *shudders* ..an Intel graphics card. :P

If that doesn\'t help, try reinstalling the game, but I\'m pretty sure it\'s your drivers. :)

The glitchiness is more likely the drivers than the card, and many people experience pretty poor framerates, so I wouldn\'t run out and buy a shiny graphics card.  Does intel have a site from which you can update your drivers?

That coloring issue is a old bug that many ppl experiance.
It occurs in certain angles on almost every thing

And please, don\'t use space in filenames (atleast not on a web server)

Well I yet the game back on 16x & it runs ALOT more clear, on 32x just about every single texture was messed up in some way at every angle.
