I think you have to read the settings: http://www.planeshift.it/setting_overview.html.

Well for the sun there already is one. There\'s a huge crystal that acts as a sun known as the \"Azure Sun\", it provides light and heat.
As for stars, I\'m not sure, maybe if the rocks high up glowed up in the dark?
Clouds? Well maybe if there\'s an atmosphere...I mean there\'s gravity and moisture, I\'m not sure if that\'s how an atmosphere is made but I believe it does have the components of making an atmosphere.

Stars and sun... Well, actually Sol is a star, it\'s just closer to earth than other stars. Anyway, once you\'re able to come up to the surface, you\'ll see these things. As for clouds, where do you think all the rain ingame comes from? :)

Particle emitters ;)

Yes, this will be really cool.
There will be certain cheap metals \\ crystals in the roof of the cave that reflect light. In the day it can\'t be noticed because it\'s too lit, but in the night it\'s noticeable.
Maybe there will also be one big chunk of this material to serve as the moon too :))

Uh, I don\'t know. This would be too similar to the surface world. True, ppl. might think that PS just couldn\'t do stars due to technical problems, but still...
Clouds are steam, just like fog. If the temperature drops, the humidity in the cloud will go above the maximum for the temp., thus the excess water will fall down as \"rain\" as it can\'t stick to solid surfaces (in fog, it\'ll just condense at plants / whatever (known as dew)).
Since the crystal will be hot, and there being air right to the top, clouds might not be possible at all since the higher you get, the warmer it\'ll become, so the water would rise to the crystal never to be seen again, unless there is something else that makes the clouds come down again, or I didn\'t understand correctly how rain works. :)
