hi everyone!
I have the same problem.... linkdead.
I read all faq for this problem.
I don\'t know what i can do.
I try to create a new character but nothing...again linkdead problem.
please tell me waht i can do.
I haven\'t a firewall and other program that can stop any ports..
Sorry for my english!!!
I played with other mmorpg and i haven\'t problems before.

Now i try to create a char with quick option and work fine.
I have another problerm... opengl don\'t work...
I have the latest driver of radeon9600se (catalyst 8)
but everytime the error \"no hardware\".
I use also the crystal space render but nothing...
Can you help me?

uhm, try updating your drivers again?

Are you using the windows precompiled version off the main site, or are you on linux, or did you compile PS yourself in MS VC++?

This seems to be more a driver problem than something directly related to PS and CS. Do other OpenGL based games work?
