Nice work, the textures need some work, but it is pretty good.

Tip: Try converting these bmp to .jpg or .gif, they are much lighter =)
PS: I acessed the images normally by clicking on the link, worked fine...

I tried to make the hair in the tutorial but it turned out whole different lol ... Links are below ;)

Funny, I see them perfectly fine =P
For hair, you might be interested in looking for plugins that help giving more realism (furry-like).

PS: Bmp has the same quality as jpg or gif, depends how you save \'em.

BMP is not a web-friendly graphics format. Please save it as a non-lossy PNG or a JPG.

Clowd: you need to open the links in a new window (kinda annoying).
