Title: City guide for Newbies

Hi everybody!

It looks like the city has its own guide now. His name is Sebian and you can ask him all kinds of questions regarding the city. Great for the Newbies. Maybe he will take you on a city tour, if you ask nicely.

Rumours go that he has a secret hide-out somewhere in town. But he is very reluctand to tell where he lives. It looks like he is a healer to. Because he is maximus of the Guild of Healers. Hmm... wonder why he is doing guidework now.

You can find Sebian in front of the tempel, if he is not hiding in his secret hide-out that is.

Wouldn\'t it be more fun to explore and figure out the city on your own?

1). when is sebian outside of the temple?
2). is he an npc or a player?
