Hello,
I was just posting in a topic and the member was talking about making there own city and i was thinking of what to reply with.. and then i came up with an idea that i had seen in a few other games..
A battle arena..
The player would pay 5 rubys to enter the ring and will face a random fighter.. the fighter would be a mixture of players and npcs.. (depending on how many other players register) and they would get a cash prize of say 500 rubys per fight they win.. and the more they loose the more they have to pay to begin the next fight.. they could also plan fights with the npc barry the battle master or what ever you want to call him.. where both players agree on a time and day and set the fight.. (planned fights have better cash prizes)
Also the more fights they win the better the weapon the npc lends them ( just to give a chance to see what a better weapon is like to newer players)
and at the end of the week or something like that if they remain number 1 they win a free diamond... (just one if they remain number 1 every week)
Thought it might be cool, obviously its not perfect its basicly parts of ideas from a group of games all mixed into one...

yes!!!!! that must be the most orignal idea!! did you think of that all by yourself??? but anywase just lay off the arena ideas please!

An arena was already planned but I doubt it\'ll be exactly like that.

I didnt want it exactly like that i just thought id mention it...
why do some members find it so hard that just because one members suggests an idea/concept and another suggests the same but slightly different..? they dont seem to understand that you can some times take ideas from both to create a better idea.. but they are oblivious to such a thought and continue to knock people down.. Just chill out next time... if you dont like the idea dont reply to it simple really..

I wasn\'t trying to diss your idea. The point the previous posters were trying to make was that the idea your proposed was already announced and probably suggested on more occasions and people get annoyed freom that. They were unnesicarily rude about it and if I came off rude I\'m sorry ^_^. I think battle arenas are far too common anyways and if PS\'s should be different then any other. (forgive me if it is.)

no no you didnt come of rude i just found it anoying that if some members dont like to read similar ideas then dont read it i clearly labled the topic battle arena.. that must drop some clues to them to avoid it if there going to be rude about it..

i honestly cant see whats wrong with posting the same idea more than once because there always going to be different... how do they know that the second post has a better concept than the first.. thats why i would think the more ideas on the some topic the better it would be because then you have a vast choice of options to look at but no one else seems to realise this..

If its posted by another member it would be different...
Look at it this way.. if you were admin and there was 1 idea for a quest? That quest wouldnt be very good and plus yourd have to add your own ideas...
then there were 6 posts whith all different concepts to the quest and many more ideas and input. would you not rather browse through the ideas picking the best ones to make the best quest?
makes sense to me.... but it just seems that its not the members that are rude its the forum moderators... (all though not all of them)
