I saw the planeshift site and now I really want to play it.

but when I try to play something is wrong

I have already created the character,but when I select\"connect\"

after a moment apears an message like that
\"There is an error on the database on your account.please visit our forums to learn how to fix it\"

please tell me what to do.

Go to http://planeshift.fragnetics.com/admin/form.html and type in your character name, then press delete and try creating it one more time. However, don\'t spend too much time doing it, that\'s where the bug appears. Just click \"next, next, next, etc.\" and skip everything except your name and looks. None of it matters either way.
