Title: advantages + disadvantages
Post by: Zellrath on July 24, 2004, 06:16:00 am
Are advantages and disadvantages long term or short term? ie. if you chose to disadvantage azure in the beginning, and you later chose to become the strongest mage possible (in azure), could u still do it? or would the disadvantage stay?(ie. permanent damage calculation alteration or something)

or could it be corrected with a little extra work in a case where you started with a less than average azure skill points in the beginning?

honestly hardly of us can say anything about what your saying because quite frankly we don\'t know diddly-squat about the more in-depth things about magic right now.

Look on the wishlist for a thread on charactor creation- the devs have removed that whole page(advantages and disadvantages), atleast for now. They were far imbalanced.

The advantages/disadvantages will not even be a part of the CB character creation, so don\'t bother thinking about it at all. :)

Yeah, some of them didn\'t even add up, cause how can someone with arm disablement make use of ambidexterity.
But there were some cool effects that could be created, like if you chose to be jinxed and lucky, you would get an extra point to spend, but also bring bad luck to all who surround you in the game (enemy or foe), so it would be good for you if you were to be a lone wolf kind of character and not be part of a guild.
But its all over so, whatever

too bad, it would\'ve created some unique characters.

Yeah, I hope they\'ll bring it back later. Remember how much fun were the traits and perks in Fallout?
