Title: Question bout lag

Im new to PlaneShift.. bout to make my character. But ive got a question-how is lag in this game? I come from other MMO games and from doing a search, it seems that theres a lot of differnt answers.

Basicly I run a-

AMD Athlon 2500+
512mb PC3200 RAM
GeForce FX5200
Windows 2k pro
Road Runner high speed cable internet

(bout to upgrade mem to 1gig PC2700 and possibly upgrade vid card to a FX5700)

Yes aw over my system (after reading some of urs :P )

Just want to know. Seems like a great game.

As the current open version is a Tech Demo, the lag varies no matter what your specs are. Generally, if your machine is too high spec, PS gets fussy. However, too little RAM and PS also doesn\'t like it. So really it\'s just chance whether the code agrees with you or not. :)
