Greetings my soilders - as some of you may be aware - the other night I had a VISION. And in this vision I was ruler of the realm.... yes I know some of you are thinking... But how? How is this Zodius to become the ruler of all in the realm??? Ask me not this question my puppets - as for I can not answer. All I can say is that this vision came to me from a power more mightier then us all!
In my vision I lead my soilders of darkness into battle with all that was held sacred in this realm - with all that was pure and holy - and conquered all for eternity! Evil shall over come us all and with my leadership we will finally free ourselves from this oppressed society we live in! Unleash the evil in you and stand by my side!
After falling into the great hole of darkness last night and wandering in circles for what seemed an eternity- I discovered the answer to fullfilling my vision.... I need the help of all felines in the realm to make my vision a reality!!
For too long us felines have been oppressed by humans and the little people - years ago.... old timers say that the realm was once ruled by felines - but then... along came these intruders - built thier odd houses - destroyed our litter boxes and consumed all our milk. In my vision I lead my soilders of darkness into battle and emerged the new ruler of the realm - the ruler of a new pure race - the ruler of felines!
Join me in my plite of evil!!! Let us clense the land of humans and dwarves and the likes!!!! Stand with me now - or die by my sword later - In my vision.... anyone who stood in my way was crushed.... let this not happen to you - band with me now my brothers and I promise to make you all wealthier then you could have ever imagined!!!! More powerfull then you ever dreamt!!!! Come now my soilders WHOS WITH ME?!!!!!!!!!!

Now people aren\'t just copying one guild. They are combining more than one. This sounds to me like the Cabal meets the Feline\'s Lair. Now the best way to dominate the realm is not to make everyone against you. Now I\'m sure there will be a lot more of the other races combined than the Enkis. You really think you can stand against all the other races of Yliakum? Well good luck. If I ever cross you in game though, I will slit your throat because as an elf, my kind takes enough racism and doesn\'t need a guild leading a war against us.

We of Mirth strongly believe that all races are equal, and you have brazenly created a guild that is a direct challenge to those beliefs. An attempt at genocide will be seen as an attack on Mirth.
OOC: It would be sort of difficult to fight against everyone except enkis, because a lot of guilds have members that are enkis, as well as other races. So, how would you possibly target just the other races? And do you think that the enkis will just stand by while you slaughter their friends?
I doubt this guild will last..

**Monketh walks down the street seeing a mad cat hollering about some sort of racial combat. Then, he hears him describe his vision, and decides that he should conduct a study into Hallucinogenic drugs in Yliakum, so he can detect them and possibly eliminate them. He writes this down in his notepad for later use.**

Hello again my soilders - you may have been wondering where I have been these past few days. You may have been thinking ... Where is Zodius for I would like to join him in making his almighty vision a reality.... Well now my clan, I have returned after a long journey of discovery... for while I have been gone I was infact gathering the neccesary provisions needed for my quest for greatness!!!!!
Yes I can see you all angered by the cleansing of all non felines - but do not shoot the messenger.... for even though it will be I that becomes ruler of the realm, I am just a mere pawn for the higher powers of the outer plains. Ask me not why they chose me to carry out thier wishes - for I can give no answers. All I can say is that they picked a worthy candidate, for I shall not stop until thier wishes are fulfilled.......

You can see now why this has angered the gods and why I must fullfill my vision .... Join me now my felines and I promise you great wealth! Fresh milk! Long string and the purest litter in all the lands! Who knows - if you play your cards right there will be room for a lady in waiting to share my bed chambers... So what are you waiting for!! \"The Hole of Darkness\" was -is- the sacrifice pit. When you said, \"spared the hole of darkness\" you really raised my hopes. Perhaps it would be best if you said that you survived the fall into the sacrificial pit (you fell because you were tricked by the evil non-Enkidukais) and the months of wandering and living off the sacrifices which other people through into the hole drove you mad, and thus this. Now, instead of crucifiction (which is a little too much like RL IMO), why not throw everyone into the sacrifice pit?
But all in all a good effort. Not that I think you\'ll ever get any followers, but damn me if it\'s not entertaining :)

I think a lot of the replies to Zodius, namely all this rot about playing with string, etc. Comes from a misunderstanding of the glorious race of the Enkidukai. Although we are physically similar in some ways to cats, our brains do not work the same way. So, although, I for instance, enjoy drinking milk, I find no more attraction to a piece of string than any member of any other race.
This is not to say that I condone Zodius in any way, indeed, I find him a fool only to be tolerated, and tolerated only because he, as yet, has not gotten in my way. Indeed, I just noticed that the fool Zodius has been trying to entice those of his race with such things as I already mentioned, string, litter, etc. He is a fool, and I will not tolerate him.

And as for controlling these realms, I think others are doing it now. Also, I am very curious how you will fight with everyone.
Anyway, if I will ever decide to come back to Planeshift, and start playing it (hmm, to forget EVE, not to forget EVE ... ), remember you\'ll be the 1st one that shall be hang with your own keyboard cable. It\'s phisically possible, trust me :D

Hello my puppets - as some of you are aware, my army of darkness has grown considerably since you all mocked my vision and insulted the gods - your ignorance did not go by unnoticed and you have angered the gods greatly for not complying with the wishes of my vision..... You see.... the other evening I was lead to the walls of the city and the gods pointed out an escape hole near a near by tree.... old timers say this escape route was used many years ago by the felines to escape the brutal torture of the outsiders.... It is indeed a sad page in the scrapbook of history but fear not my puppets for I am here to revenge our ancestors and take back what was once ours!
The gods instructed me to leap over the walls and venture up The Great Hill of Nothingness located just to the south of the realm.... it was there that I saw vast open planes as far as the eye can see! It was there that I discovered the full horror of the outsiders actions!
Every tree and shrub had been stripped clean off the land - every blade of grass... dead.... the gods spoke to me in a momentary vision and told me that the outsiders had purposely killed every tree out side the city to prevent us felines climbing the branches to sharpen our claws..... This angered me greatly and I ventured out into the emptiness only to be lifted of the ground as if I was floating!..... I floated up and up looking down on the realm as it disapeared from my very eyes... The gods had given me a great evil power! ....the power to fly! It is clear to me now that my army of darkness will not be beaten with this new power!! All those that stand in my way now will feel my wraith!!!!!! Come now my soilders the day of vengence is near!!!! Join now and be spared!......... For I had a vision....... and in my vision I was ruler of the realm!!!!!!!!!!!

This afternoon I had a vision! It was caused by hitting my head against something, but it was kick-butt vision indeed!
In this vision cats didn\'t use litter boxes but actually were civilized. They didn\'t drink wussy milk but some true, rough ale! They didn\'t have to scratch trees and furniture... they had some awesome claw-sharpening machines! They didn\'t do drugs... err... sniff catnip! They were all clean minded!
And then it came to me... what was the cause of all downfall of cat race? Zodius! With his dreams to turn cats into milk-sipping, tree-scratching barbarians. We can not let this happen! The gods showed me the \"true\" path! We... you must build the great cat empire, but to do that you must first hunt down the sole obstacle! The Zodius.
Draw thy swords my fierce soldiers! Let thy vision kill. We will test his courage and his will to live! No cat will live like a barbarian anymore, join me in our quest for glory! Look, Pogo already joined and look how happy he is! From the light and courage new kingdom shall rise! In this kingdom all cats shall live like kings! Don\'t give in to darkness and the barbaric ways when your future might be as bright as the starlight!

You should drink less and read other guild site\'s, if you start off like this you won\'t be taken serious ( come to think of it, i guess you won\'t be taken serious anymore ).
There is absolutely no proper preperation is this project of yours and you should reconsider your possibilities,
-Cancel the guild and join another one ( like the cabal )
-continue with 1 maybe 2 members and be overthrown in a mere second.

I have to say that hating this guy in an out-of-character manner (or posting that you hate him in an i-c manner) is really rather immature. You must remember that the Zodius behind the keyboard does not actually think this way, and that it is for RP purposes only. Quite beautifully written, in that respect. Amusing too... :))
He\'s probably a better rp\'er than me, to tell the truth... :P

There is nothing immature about this. You know, a lot of people have been coming down pretty hard on guys saying they\'re \"just role-playing.\" Really, the \"good luck\" from everyone is out of character if you want to be sticklers for detail. We\'re not all good guys here.
I mean, I don\'t know about your town, but if somebody walks into my city shouting about a superior race and their visions of dominating the world they\'re either going to be laughed out, generally shunned, or hunted down with torches and pitchforks. Personally, I don\'t like or dislike the guy because I don\'t know who in the heck he is. But for me to laugh at an enki supremacist? Yeah... that\'s pretty much in-character.
Maybe this is just a knee-jerk cipher talking, but I tend to not think in terms of giving everyone who comes here a warm, friendly welcome and rather just relax and post my spur-of-the-moment reaction, because it\'s usually the most genuine. Of course I\'m rather opinionated, so I can be a little mean. But I usually PM them nice things!!

I\'d like to point out that, although he\'s an exceptionally good roleplayer in one sense, he\'s often a little slow on reacting to responses, if he does at all. However, that might be ic, I\'m not exactly sure. And hey, Draklar, I rp too.

He\'s a good at role-playing and is new. It seems to me, that most new people are being scared away, or don\'t wish to participate in the forums or game anyone.
The culprit: People who\'ve followed the game for a long time and think the community is theirs!
Of course, this does not apply to all people who\'ve followed for the game for a long time, Draklar\'s an example.

Correction, the community is ours.
And roleplaying isn\'t about simply saying you\'re a god and so on. People who run around saying I\'m your god, the end is near, bow down are not roleplayers. that\'s simply an excuse they use to justify their annoyance.
File this under the same heading as the Allignments and Spam discussions. Different people have different definitions. Some are more strict as to what should be considered roleplaying and what shouldn\'t.
From this point on if you want to continue flaming this guild and it\'s leader or if you want to argue about whether he is an Uber-N00b or a master roleplayer do it elsewhere. Those posts will be deleted.

...You will need more then a army of darkness or regiments of feline warriors to make your dream come true..Claiming these lands and then from there controlling them is to much of a task for you..You stand one race against..so many..your plot will crumble before your ranks are filled..! Years ago..... old timers say that the realm use to be populated with felines and felines alone.... oh how merry the days were of which they spoke - catnip was abundant and purring wasnt considered unladylike - felines could walk freely in and out of thier houses.....but now - oh what a miserable place it be... The outsiders have destroyed all what is precious to us... all that we hold dear, they have even gone to the extent of nailing all the doors shut to prevent our families from sleeping indoors out of the elements - our young forced to sleep in the great hole of darkness!
You can see why this has angered the gods... ask me not why the gods chose me to deliver the heavy hand of justice... for I can not answer - all I can tell you is that this vision came from a power more mightier then us all! I must not fail them! I must carry out thier orders and start the ethnic clensing as soon as my army of darkness is ready!!! Come now my soldiers!! Join the fight for freedom! Let us slice the shackles the outsiders have apon us and liberate the realm once and for all!!!!!! Dont do it for me.... Go ingame or roleplaying forum. This is forum for guilds discussions, not chanting same thing over and over again.

1 a site
2 members
3 forums
4 a logo thingy
5 register your guild at kada\'s tavern
6 get some allys
7 make ranks
8 a set goal/background (you seem to have this one down)
Many guilds dont have these soon enough, become disorganised, and fall apart in a week or so

Zodius, you shame and dissapoint me. I am a fool for ever allowing you into our kin.
I must explain. The madman you all see before you is a humble traveller, whom I found a week ago in Hydlaa Plaza.
I suspected he had taken a knock to the head, as he was babbling in a most unbecoming fashion. As the guild has always been one of acclimatisation , I took it upon myself to look after him. I should have been warier.
By the end of the day, his speech had calmed down and he was acting like most new travellers to this realm do - eager to see the world and test his mettle. Since I knew that Felines Lair has some of the most helpful characters I have met thus far, I allowed Zodius a place in our ranks so that he may stay safe until he found another guild. We accept only enkidukai because of the honour bond, not because of notions of inustice and superiority! Not once has a Felines Lair kinmate denied help to anyone!

Back then felines were so peacefull and free - not a care in the world but thier families.... but then.... oh how horrid... the old timers tell it that along came the outsiders - destroyed the peacefull felines scratching posts - used all the boxes for thier poisonous ale - forced all the felines out into the streets!!!!! Now all felines are forced to drink from the town fountain in which the outsiders bathe, while the humans, dwarves and the likes sit in thier taverns drinking ale and intercepting all milk deliveries meant for the felines!!
I will not take this indignity a moment longer!!
I will not let my race be blinded by the propaganda of equality!!! For the gods have told it - and told it well - the felines are to become the superiour race!!

Huh, in my times Enkidukai were the ones who visited the tavern most. But maybe this changed... that\'s right, changed after you came! For who would like such rebelling barbarians inside their taverns? It\'s all your fault and you know it! When in game I keep getting kicked or muted for speaking about my ingenious vision of racial supremacy!
Yet another form of the outsiders attempt of total control... this not only upsets myself but it also interupts my Army of Darkness - for they must take time out of thier training to wait until thier leader returns.
