Ok... i dont know about u guys.. but I\'ve lost interest in CB and Planeshift in total...
I dont mean for this to be a flame... but why are we looking forward so much... The development of this game is so slow, ive decided to just stop caring... I used to come at least once a day to see if the update has been released for the past 5 months... And, i am beginning to feel as though it is a waste of time...
(Is CrystalBlue really worth this much trouble?)

Get something to occupy your time Vipon, and I believe CB will be worth the wait. Besides most of the people who are staying for CB are mostly into watching the game develop
-
Well Vipon rest assured that no one here will miss you.
My advice to you would be to get a hobby or a life and quit whining about how long it\'s taking. The devs are working hard everyday to make this game which costs us nothing to play. So please do leave.

Heh, I didn\'t notice this before, how is it trouble for you to sit and wait?
Anyways, Aendar voices what most people will reply to this, personaly I think the thread should be deleted or atleast closed ASAP
Oh, and it is hard for me to say this but....nice....sig...Aen-dar
*runs off sick* :P

Eh, I\'ve been here for about 8 months and haven\'t lost interest yet. Many have been here longer and are still going (though most aren\'t regulars in game).
As for it being worth the trouble...what trouble? You\'re just sitting there in your chair, checking the website and forums to see if it\'s been released. You don\'t have to pay anything, the game is free, always will be, and the DEVs are all volunteers. Spending time on PS that they could be spending with their families, friends, etc... I don\'t see what trouble it is for you :P
I can\'t say I regret waiting, nor finding PS so early in development. I\'ve gotten to meet the community, made friends with many, and more...
Basicly, the DEVs are working to bring this game to you for free, they don\'t get payed in any way for this game. They spend their spare time working on PS. It\'s volunteer work wich means it\'s not going to have a schedule, and no due dates. It\'ll take awhile, but what trouble is there for you, clicking on the bookmark to check the site?
[edit] evil typo daemons :P

You can\'t complain when you have invested next to nothing when developers are investing a huge amount. The only way to make the progress go any faster is to help. Offer your expertise. If you\'re like me (which is no programming skill to speak of) then you will just have to wait.
Here is a suggestion. Offer to help newbies by giving them pointers on installing and configuring MB or \"pre\" CB. I had a difficult time myself but I finally got it done. I was assisted by folks who took time away from assisting in the development to lend a quick pointer. Take some of the slack away from them.
Now in the interest of the argument I wish to make a suggestion to the developers. Maybe a full CB release might be premature. Maybe take baby steps. For instance, maybe make the starting town fully functional with NPCs, trading, and skill development. Then work your way up to combat, mobs, and what not. Then create multiple towns. Keep incrementing and work your way up to the \"planes\". I don\'t believe that you have to create a full release all at once. I understand that it would have an enormous impact once released but I believe the incremental method would allow folks to get more involved and offer help.

Ok then the next question is why are you still on these forums posting, shouldn\'t you have left by now? I am sure losing you will be no loss, have patience...and don\'t tell us this kind of stuff we don\'t care.
