Title: Change skill progress bar

Given that we can now just train over and over, why don't we do away with the green/red bars, and substitute them with a % number?

I've liked the bars look as it was before removing skill trainers and learning-before-training... I'd suggest having train % number in a tooltip or aside of a bar. Removing bars is no good, as they provide more "visual" way to estiminate current state of progress.

IMO a tooltip is a good idea.
