Title: 0.7.27 Cannot create / Play character "Your connection been lost"

Hello, I try to play a character on the unreal game version 0.7.27, but it keeps throwing me back at login with the message "Your connection has been lost". Additionally, I cannot see my character avatar, it is empty. I try to use the production server. Are there any logs or anything else helpful to help you tackle the problem?

Thank you, must have gone the forum way and downloaded the wrong version. While I am at it, is there any way to increase the ambient light, even with a torch, I cannot see anything?
