Mac OSX Specific Issues / Game crash when game loading ( carater already played )

Hi,
ok there is my problem, when i try to log my caracter, during the loading, the windows shut down at the finishing of the loading.
I already read lot of topic but nothing work for me.
Got a OSX G4 1.7 Mhz 2 G ram radeon 9200. My updates are ok ( i'd already try like i say )
The log message error is :
Oct 31 20:18:39 ibook-g4-de-cat-renault crashdump[1505]: psclient_static crashed
Oct 31 20:18:40 ibook-g4-de-cat-renault crashdump[1505]: crash report written to: /Users/catrenault/Library/Logs/CrashReporter/psclient_static.crash.log
Hope you can help me.
I gonna try with a new caracter.
Edit : That work with new caracters. Think it's the tutorial problem but solution are not working for me.
