I hope this is the right place to put this. I've been out of the planeshift world for a little while and my previous email is no longer valid (though I can still log in, it's just not going to have anything to send emails to). I've changed it on the forums but is there a way to change it on MyPlane as well, or do I simply need to make a new account?

I would do that on the forum, right? I tried changing my forum password just now and it doesn't seem to make a difference. If all else fails I suppose I could just make a new account. 
EDIT: Ahh, played with the password a bit and looked at MyPlane, and it appears the forum and server accounts are NOT the same thing. I weep at my incompetence.
Reset the password on the main site, and it now seems to be working fine.

Try to discuss details in IRC with weltall.
Yes, it's been a while since I've last played. If I were to delete and remake my forum account, would that help? It's been long enough I honestly don't remember if they were two separate accounts or not.

I really hope I'm not missing something obvious. I'm attempting to log in on the main Laanx server (planeshift.subhosting.net) which is showing up in the login screen, ping and everything. I'm using the same email and password I use for the forums and myplane, and it seems to work fine for both of those. I've made sure to update the servers.xml, but still no cookie...

Ah, thanks. It doesn't cause any attack penalty though?
PS: I also just realized my weapons have been worn down, so that's probably why I was getting such poor results.

Newbie Help (Start Here) / Dual Wielding, does it have an effect?

I searched the forums and all I found was some old wish-list threads. Equiping two weapons looks cool, obviously, but does it have an effect, positive or negative? I tried it and I seem to be landing less hits than otherwise. Thanks and sorry if I missed something in the manual.
