Technical Help: IN GAME bugs (after loading world) / stat bug (you loose progression points and the money as well)

ok iam posting here cuse the petition system is either bugged itself or temperally down or something and i dont plan on playing again till the next version so i should tell you the bug before i stop.
this is how it played out. first i collected 36 progression points (18 are required for a str lvl and i planned on getting 2 today). once i got that i started getting money, i slowly trained by str lvl after each platinum load, and got to 80 str. i then spent about 3 progresssion lvls on the next str lvl (81) before i logged off... then when i got back on. i had 15 progression points left, but nothing trained into str. so i lost 3 progression lvls and probably like 120 tria. and no this could not have been a server rollback because i still have 80 str and i collected all of the progression points first. so that can not be a factor. i then did about 4 platinum trips and used up 12 of the 15 progression points i had leaving me with 3. and trained 12 into str. then logged off for dinner. got back on... had 3 progression points... nothing trained into str. so 12 more progression points and about 500 tria gone. and this is about where i decided to stop trying for 85 str. (lol) then i tried to make a petition, said it was successfull but didn\'t show up in my list. made a fake petition to test the petition list because i had a really long petition decrisption and i thought i might have run off their string buffer and screwed it up but that one didn\'t show up either. and no advisors were on so thats why iam here.
ya so go fix it. whenever u log off you loose the portion you partialy trained. at least in the str stat. donno about the other ones, you guys can go test that, i aint wasting more time.
