Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Crash while loading Death Realm

I just downloaded PlaneShift today and everything was fine until I died. When loading Death Realm it crashed every time. I ran as administrator multiple times to try again and also to try "repair". When trying to repair it tells me there are no active mirrors after trying the same one twice each time. Any ideas?
