I can\'t start the game. When click on it, the Blue Molecule screen comes up and then it stops like it freezes! Help please!

I have Planeshift downloaded. Problem is I can\'t access the game. Every time I do it says \'cannot locate missing file ws2_32.DLL\'. What is? and Where can I get it? Please help! ThankU
