A dwarfess was following a map to what was claimed to be a cave where a rare type of fungi could be found. It wasn't there, but I think the people who helped her search were happy with what they did find!

After long months of waiting, a book finally arrived at the library and players were able to continue their investigation of the Golden Kormi. Evidence was gathered, and while the golden kormi wasn't spotted the players do know more about it now than they did. And Jardet was quite grateful for the proof they supplied...

In addition to this, a Xiosian from Mielthis in Lakeshore has arrived in Hydlaa and is looking for research assistants to help her learn about the animals of the Dome. This is the ongoing part, for those who missed the event above.
P.S. She'll do research herself as well, once she's finished her bath.

Had a small followup event. Some citizens tested the crossbows on the dummies in the arena (the training dummies, not the...nevermind) and then using them to defend the city from a maulbernaut invasion.

A bunch of players (nearly everyone online at the time) helped the Octarchal Guard test out a new crossbow design today and eliminated a consumer threat at the same time. This is the first of multiple events we're having to introduce the new weapons, so don't worry if you missed it as you'll get another chance!
More screenshots to come. I didn't get any personally for much of the event as I was handing out items and being turned into a pincushion but other people did and they'll be posted here.

Update: There are actually four new spells. For Brown Way they are Summon Tree and Summon Earth Spirit. For Azure it's Greater Creature Bond, and for Blue it's Frozen Net.
