SaintNuclear. i got mine to work but when i make my chars. and try to upload them it says somthing like \"Sever is not running or is not reachable\" plz try to help me

When i make my char. and i go to upload it. it says \"Sever i9s not running or not reachable\" i dunno how to get past that!

It\'s my first time playing, after i make my char. and it says connecting to sever......it waits about 10 secs then comes up and says \"Sever is not running or reachable\" but the site says its up!!
