Newbie Help (Start Here) / conection problem

i allready created a charecter, but when i press conect button it say: \"you are LinkDead\".

and i have problems with creating a charecter.
Every name i type it says that i have numbers and spaces, BUT I DONT HAVE.
Pleae help me.
