when i try to to delete my char, it says \'this account is valid\'. but when i try to login it says \'there is an error in the database of your account\'. WTF!

In character customization, they ask me to choose a name. I\'ve tried everything but it keeps saying \'a player with that name already exists. Please choose another name\'. It keeps saying this even if i write like \'adoyfid\'. Is this a bug or something? Can someone tell me a name that isnt used?
