Edit: Just thought I should let you all know I just finished a weekend of night shift at work, and it\'s like 7am at the moment, so I\'m kinda out of my mind... Or my mind is out - probably both.

Hey man, I\'m really sorry for your loss. I only wish there was something that I, and probably most of the PS community, could do for you. Well. Just wanted you to know that. If you need to get it out some more guess you can do it here. Again, I\'m really sorry for your loss.

I\'m from Australia, and from where I sit, we as a general population have a pretty good lifestyle, and most seem to like our current government. I don\'t! From where I sit, we are about to/ just have signed a trade agreement with the US. Can\'t wait to see where that takes us!!! And, our government too, was convinced from (as it later turns out) false info. on WMD that it was a good idea to go to war. I want to apologise now to anyone who was affected negatively in the war on Iraq (aka the war on terrorism)
The country, on the plus side, is free. But my question is for how long?
As for governments and who we (all countries, not just Australia) should elect, one is as good (or bad) as another these days aren\'t they?

I like the idea of magical sheaths/ scabbards. But if you could make them, what skill would they come under? Tailoring, blacksmithing, or something else maybe???

And yeah, you\'d have to make them a bit open in the way of usefulness, in that a scabbard can be used for all shortswords (unless uniquely different in appearance) or it would be pointless to put them in. You\'d then need one for every single weapon, like a set or something. That could work though too, coz then you could just enchant the sheath for that particular sword.

I was 13 when I started playing pen and paper RPG\'s. It was a bit of a club that had started in town. Most of the other players were in their mid twenties or older. So, naturally, there was beer, ale, drugs, and whatever else in the games. Whatever anyones character, including mine, took/ used, I still knew the difference between it being a rp quirk and a rl problem.

I agree that rl substances should be renamed, but I don\'t understand what the big deal is. If someone is old enough to play the game (i.e, reading and such) then chances are they\'ve had the education that says drugs are bad, evil, will kill you, all of the above....

It\'s ultimately anyones choice after that. I mean, I smoke, but because I enjoy it. Only like, one or two every few days. But, if someone walks past me in the street with a smoke in my hand, you know they judge you like you are diseased or something. Fair go. Not everyone can be cured.

/rant off. Sorry, i get upset about this topic sometimes. Hope I\'ve contributed something useful.... :\\

P.S: For the record, I don\'t condone the \"hard drugs\" in anyway in rl, and there is no excuse for those.

I\'m only going by memory here, so anyone correct me if i\'m wrong *cough*adeli*cough*  :P

I\'m sure I read somewhere that Enki\'s looked very cat like but it doesn\'t mean that they get cat abilities. I know, it sounds wrong to me too, but I\'m sure I read it.

Also, you are all overlooking the fact that the Nolthrir? and the Kran are able to stay underwater for excess periods, and again from memory, I\'m also sure it was expressed on the main page that there would be places where only they could get.

I agree, I really do, but with everything else the devs have to work on with the game, I think this should be in the Wish List.
Least, it\'s starting to be like that. Thinnk about it for one second. You want to be able to yawn, laugh, cry, hug, sit, stand, lie down, crouch, blah blah blah. It would take alot of work, and waste time that could be better spent in other areas.
I say, start with the basics, and if someone is done or gets bored, then spend some time on them then.

Correct me if I\'m wrong on this, but:
Sparring is a word which means practice fighting correct?
If that\'s the case, there is no way it could have originally applied to either archery or magic, since a) magic doesn\'t exist and b) well, in archery, especially against another person (not just an animal) it would be extremely hard to actually run for cover and do the whole \"Matrix battle scene\".... (rant)

Anyway, my point is, there\'s no real reason that i can see that would exclude magic at the very least, and i guess archery if it\'s done right (well, if you can use a really heavy two handed sword,  and actually run with it while wearing plate armour, why not be allowed to use a bow [rant]) should be included as well. Make sense?
