PvP,PK and Thieving /

If there are thieves in planeshift they need to do their job (steal people)
my idea is:
After steal some1 the thief name become black (he is wanted for a time if someone (or a guard) kill him while he is black named this guy go to jail and the item goes back to the real owner (or maybe put in the lost and found :-) ) this make pking or pickpocketing more exciting.

pk and thieving are the most important things for a thief, an assassin, a spy (this happens in the real world so it need to happen in planeshift)

Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / /spawn

when i type /spawn i always go somewhere under the city I can only see white in frnt of me and above me i can see the city (i can\'t move i can\'t jump i can\'t do nothing) i alredy lost 2 chars with emeralds and rubys (pechipodre and glenkidukai) there was only some cristals but it was hard to find can someone of the server help me?or send me the e-mail to talk directly to someone of the server?
