Granted or negated Wishes / Less OOC more RPG

I think that OOC chat should be restricted mabye to certian areas or somthing. Because lot\'s of people enjoy RPGing and it would be unfair on them to have to listen to OOC chat.
There could be a sort of OOC in brakets with an \'ignor text in brakets\' box.
Just a suggestion.
