Wish list / gots an idea!

well good ideas may be that for EXAMPLE
renting costs 500 gold per week
and actually BUYING costs 5000 gold
if a guild disbands or any other reason, the leader may delete it by going to guild menu ( if there is one) clicking on delete and after 3 or so confirmations becoz of maybe having so many guild members dunno wats happening. before deletion there is a little comment box and once the leader confirms a letter will be sent to every player that is in that guild\'s inbox to tell them that the guild is deleted and leader msg will show on bottom to give reason.
guild house should have, hired npc guards, or the guild members themselves, once a non guild member attempts to enter another person\'s guild house the door will not open ( there will be a door right?) and that may block the other guild members but they are able to go through antyhing that is JUST before the door.
leader or co leader or high ranking guild member may allow non guild members to enter.
guild house will have their own money donation that members donate to the house and may ONLY be used for the house, the leader may, upgrade, hire bodyguards, dining room and kitchen(health replenish), training area(for becoming stronger, but not as fast as killing real monsters and will not gain levels so ppl will go out and kill monsters)
Furniture! really no point to it, but i guess a couch or a chair for ppl to sit and chill. wow i typed alot.
i hope ppl can actually bother to read this. hehe

one shop per person
maximum 3 upgrade (bigger house or store)
3 employees per upgrade
cannot sell certain items
items that will be stocked must cost cheaper than wat it will be sold for to make money of course! but those cheap bought items are put into shop automatically and not allowed to be used/bought by shop owner, shop owner makes price and sells it.
NPC just stand there, one person at one npc at one time, so having multiple NPC is important, when clickin on NPC a inventory like table pops up and shows wat items r 4 sale, when ppl buy gold is added to the cashier or watever thingy they keep it in and will have a maximum number of gold allowed, once shop owner reaches limit, all other items sold will not make any money, so shop owner must be somewhat active.

i dunno if anyone posted this already, but when i try to initialize world it waits for ages and then it skips to main menu, then when i press connect it shows under the user name stuff that i timed out, and to check if the server was online and it was, please advise.

btw it doesnt crash, just skips to main screen after error shows.

hmm. i tried all that, but wat i meant was, when it was initializing world it takes ages and ages, and then all of a sudden it skips to main menu, then when i log back in it shows the previous things.

the initiliazing is the wrong order, but u get the idea, anyway then it shows error on the bottom of them all.

it says first time waiting u gotta wait for like 2 hrs, but mine goes for a while and its all initing world then it says error, and i gotta start again! please advise!

it seems that intialzing world wont move, is it stopped loading or does it take ages to load? loaded for about 30 mins now, please advise!
