Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / crashes after intilizing world

I use the safe mode because i don\'t have a 3d video card. when i get on i sign in, then it does the regular loading stuff. but when it\'s on intalizing world i wait a long time then it crashes.

AMD K-6
60mb ram
safe mode
