Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Upload button doesn't respond

When I\'ve set my character\'s stats and everything, I can\'t upload my character because the upload button doesn\'t respond. I\'m running XP pro and have a Voodoo 3 3000 video card if this is useful info..
