Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / UNEXPECTED ERROR MESSAGE

Something Unexpected happened in Planeshift: Crystal Blue.
Exception at address: 7C342849, Exception code:  C0000005

Before the game load the world, it crashed with this message^^.
