First off, i would like to state that i dont think that releasing information about quests is bad. That doesn\'t mean i want you to tell me exactly what to do . But in MB i couldnt get anyone to help me at all with any information. Some people are going to need help no matter what. It can only get so \"real\" people. if you want real, get a hammer and some steel and craft you some freakin armor. A game is a game. you play a game so that you can advance in level or whatever. For EXAMPLE GOLMIR, you can sit there all day and list sites for newbs and posts or whatever but if someone asks you for help with a quest , you give the answer <\" we cant give information out because it takes away from the realism.\"> Well let me tell you all something. If people cant figure out anything in the game such as quest npc\'s or what to ask an npc, they are not going to want to play the game. If a majority of people dont want to play this game, The developers are doing all this work for nothing. The more people you have playing this game, the better the publicity. The better the publicity, the better donations will be and the more people will be willing to help develop this game. So by holding information back your really making it harder on everyone. Dont get me wrong i dont have a problem with you golmir and i dont want a site like they have for eq where you can get a whole print out of a step by step plan for quests, but when someone asks a question about a quest or npc or something, dont tell them that by giving the answer away it takes away from the realism. because if i cant figure the quest out, i am gonna move on to a game that i can play through. the more people that do that , the less fun this MMORPG game will be. and thats the key, you all want to play a MMORPG, and without people it becomes a ORPG.

i agree 100% i think i seen you on eqoa? maybe not
i couldnt have said it better myself you took the words right out of my mouth. i think someone would have to be very depressed to fall in love with a character on a game? its absurd to me. as far as trying to be a successful politician or rich merchant, you can be an uber ass warrior and be a rich merchant at the same time. tailoring? the only reason i would pick up tailoring or armorsmithing is to create my uber ass warrior some good armor or my bad to the bone wizard some nice robes or something . To stand in the middle of a city (a fake city *remember*) and sell some tailoring all day is kinda weak. snap out of it people.  its kinda pathetic. but most have the right thoughts on track.

Wish list / Morphing

Searched but no results i could find.  I would like to morph into some weird creatures.
Griffin, Dragon, Tiger, Bear, Wolf, stuff like that.

oh and the whole search thing where you people get all pissy about someone posting a thread that has been created.
if you know its been duplicated why waste your time and tell someone to search? dont read the duplicate

Wish list / On the right track

Sorry that i put a \"naughty\" word in my post. i thought we were all adults and could get around that. but i was wrong. anyways...your on the right track with me... my idea is that mobs will be smarter than the usual rpg mobs.  you attack, they attack, you attack they attack...on and on and on until one wins.
but....
 what if you could plan an attack where you attack mutiple targets. instead of like other games (eq) where you can have 30 peeps attack one mob that is super strong. then maybe you have 30 people in a group but you have 23 enemy\'s that you must deal with in a smart way or they will slaughter you.
the basic idea is better artificial intellegence .  if you are offended in anyway or have anything negative to say about my post. DONT POST ANYTHING AT ALL.
i would rather you keep your comments to yourself. and your wasting your time trying to make me look like an idiot.

no offense meant towards anyone and please help with my ideas. and please excuse the unintellegent language or whatever.

Wish list / Conspiring MOBs

maybe in certain areas you would have a tribe of some mobs that would use different tactics to attack a town or guild or group of people. some spontaneousness would be awesome.
for Example...
say you got a pretty busy town with the walls around it and all that... then down the path you start getting into some safari kind of shit, big trippy trees spread sporadically around, some big neutral mobs that wont attack unless you attack first, (like a big neutral non aggressive elephant) and crazy paths leading into jungle and tall grasses and plants etc etc, then you look off in the distance and in the dark night you see a camp fire and about 65 Prims*around their teepees and huts  doing all kinds of stuff to prepare for an attack or battle...( this is where strategy would come into play, if your with a guild you could tell the guild to attack the tribe to deal with them before they could get fully prepared, or maybe set up some traps that would kill mass amounts of them at once... a good rpg in my eyes would have a very large amount of choices and actions you could do.)
Or maybe your standing in town getting some grub and all of a sudden 15 ghoulish knights come charging in battling to the death.
