Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game /

ok i finally got into the game, first of all, where is everybody?
and theres no music or sounds at all, its skipping like @$$ and i feel threw the floor onto this endless gray platform under the city, whats going on, is there something i have to do? oh oh oh , and i can walk up any wall, i walked over the gate!
