Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Creating New Account NOT A LINKDEAD MSG!!!

I am trying to registar a new acound for planeshift and i get the e-mail to varify and click the link. I enter a password and varrify my password and click set password. Then all the sudden it opens a new page and says:

\" Your Account Has NOT Been Validated!!

Return To Account Registration (links to the account registration page)\"

i am trying to upload my char and it says:

Description of the bug:

i am trying to upload my char and it says:

\"The Server Is Not Running Or Is Not Reachable. Please Contact The Website Or Forums For More Info.\"
