Technical Help: Problems BEFORE entering the game / Game starting help

(im completley new so bear with me please) i think ive done everythig i updated made my account but when i launch it it will fully load the say\"(not responding)\" then i have to x out and start over and the same thing happens. im pretty sure i did every thing so if you know how to help please sa so.

(im new so bear with me here please) at the load page when i launch planeshift it will fully load then go to not responding then i have to close it and restart and the same thing happens. Ive made my account and everything (i think) but i still havent gotten to play because i cant get into the game.
